Here's how it works:
Session 1 - Orientation Session
During the 10-Day DETOX Orientation session we will focus on how to get you organized, stock your kitchen and the daily checklist. We will also discuss any questions/concerns you may have. You'll be able to share your questions when you schedule your session. This 30 minute session will be scheduled prior to your Day 1.
Session 2 - Phase 1 (Days 1 to 3)
During the 10-Day DETOX PHASE 1 session we will focus on the 1st 3 days of the program, the meal plan and daily checklist, and also discuss any questions and/or concerns you may have. You will have opportunity to share your questions when you schedule your session. This 30 minute session will be scheduled any time between your Day 1 to 3.
Session 3 - Phase 2 (Days 4 to 10)
During the 10-Day DETOX PHASE 2 session we will focus on days 4 - 10 of the program, the meal plan and daily checklist, and also discuss any questions and/or concerns you may have. You'll be able to share your questions when you schedule your session. This 30 minute session will be scheduled after your Day 3 and before Day 10.
Session 4 - After the Program
After the 10-Day DETOX program is over we will have a session to focus on how to position you for success to continue healthy eating after the program & discuss any questions and/or concerns you may have. You'll be able to share your questions in advance when you schedule your session. This session will be scheduled within one week of completing the 10-day program.
